Who I am, And what I do
Before committing to care at our office, you may want to know a little more about the individual who holds great hopes for your health.
In addition to holding my Doctorate in Chiropractic, I graduated from the University of Buffalo with a Bachelor in Biology. I then worked at Roswell Park Memorial Institute for several years, doing cancer research and working on my research PHD. It was during this time, I would discover my calling. I developed severe back and leg pain and after finding little relief from medicine, I turned to chiropractic. It took several months to fully recover, but I knew that this was going to be my life’s work. I have been a doctor of chiropractic for over twenty years in Albany, New York, and not a day goes by that I don’t see the miracle of chiropractic. I have passion for my work because I know how chiropractic can change lives.
My primary focus is on individualized care and maintaining spinal health as well as welcoming patients with a variety of ailments. I promote strong patient education backed by superlative service and care that is gentle and extremely effective.
My goal is to provide you with quality care, in a relaxed atmosphere, a friendly staff and with results that you can measure. I am constantly learning new techniques. I treat a variety of unique conditions such as peripheral neuropathy, Restless leg syndrome, help with the back and spinal pain associated with pregnancy, jaw pain and many other special conditions.
I believe that a person’s health is their most valuable asset. My dream is to make sure everyone has the opportunity to experience their full potential through chiropractic.
I also believe that it is important to serve my community, to give back something, whenever possible. Over the years, I have been involved in fundraisers and projects whether the local food bank, supporting organizations such as Equinox, or helping raise money for other local causes.
I’ve heard it said that if someone doesn’t respect your time, then he doesn’t respect you. When you come to my office, you’ll see that my staff and I do respect our patients. We make every effort to diagnose in a reasonable amount of time, immediately schedule a consultation, and promptly get people started on their individual treatment plans. My office doesn’t have a large waiting room or tables covered with magazines because when someone comes to our office, we respect them, we respect their time, and we give them our prompt attention.
We are also located conveniently on a ground floor and are handicapped accessible to make it easy to get to our office.
So that’s who I am and what I do. I enjoy my work and my life, and I love helping others do the same by putting them on the road to good health.
